Such a beautiful honor to be asked to be the minister to marry one of your own children, but what an emotional thing too. They were composed, I think because they knew if they weren't their minister would fall apart.... It was loverly! 

Praise the Lord for He is worthy to be praised and in that moment when you are making a vow before Him to honor and love another, till death do you part, He is there..... 

Yes this is the moment..... 

This is the important part, the "I do". 

The Vows.... I am trying to hold it together and fighting back the Goofy mom tears....  

Isn't she loverly! 

Being Goofy, this was a hard thing to do, trying to not fall apart as my son became a husband and I pronounced them "Man and Wife"..... 

Yep, its official, rings and all.... 

The Brides mom and dad were very supportive of the fact that their daughter was marrying a Military man. The Bride's dad is former military himself and he understood that when you are in war time and you meet the love of your life, it doesn't matter how quickly you tie the knot of matrimony. 

The Brides Family. The baby is the Bride's little sister's daughter and she is a real doll baby. 

Mission accomplished, another Fairy Tale wedding that came to pass on the plain's of the Owens Valley, where knights on horse and mule back still roam the open range and six guns have replaced sabres to fight off coyotes instead of cattle theives.... Twas a day to remember. 

A day of rejoicing as it appears our son has met and married the Princess of his dreams. 

I am proud of my son and I am thankful we had these two weeks with him home from Iraq. In my heart, I was already feeling the worry and fear of him heading back to fight to secure freedom for a people, I will never meet. May God protect our young men and women of the United States Military and that of our Allies. 

Yep, another Goofy experience that was a real blessing. 

What a happy picture, Father and Son... Fairy tales are more than make believe, they do come true... 

What a beautfil couple. 

This is one happy young man, the proud and the brave.... 

Yep, he is playin in grandma's wheel chair....  

Joyful is the occassion...
