Spring was in the air and love was every where..... 

How awesome is this...... 

Beautiful... 

This is our little couple who were busy planning their wedding and seeking God's blessing in their new beginning as one in Him. 

Now this is relaxation and fun in just enjoying life. 

Well there she is, our outdoor gal, banker by day, sports enthusiast by evening and weekends. Her heart belongs to God and in the hours of casting her line into the water, she reflects on the things of God and the things of His Word. 

Well, the old man of the sea decided to give it a try and row that boat. We call him the old man of the sea because much of his childhood was spent fishing with his dad in the deep blue sea off the California coast. He much prefers the deep sea fish to the smaller inland fresh water fish. The sea holds great big fish that would as soon as catch you for lunch so the battle is mutual.....and more of a challenge... 

Float tubes are a blast but when fishing anywhere along the Owens River in May, can be a freezing experience too.... 

Some say "you gotta sneak up on the fish".... I say, "they aren't that smart" of course I don't catch all that many fish either....tehehehehe, but I sure enjoy the quiet.

How still the water, and it calms the heart as it says "rest in Him". 

The beauty of the Owens Valley surrounded by the Sierras and the White Mountains is Awesome and God is every where in creation, visible and breathtaking. 

There is nothing like the sound of "nothing" but the birds singing, the river flowing and the boat 

What can we say when God's glory is present in everything we see, its easy, we say WHOA, PRAISE GOD AND THANK YOU JESUS.... 

Who knew that the day my son stepped off the plane for a two week leave home from Baghdad Iraq, that he would find the Princess of his dreams and I would have a day to plan a wedding. Fairy Tales come true, all the time, you just have to know where and how to make them happen and by God's grace, they will be blessed. 

Fairy Tales are more than just stories, they are made of little girls dreams and of little boys goals. Fight the dragon, save the Princess, watch for the knight in shining armour, see him ride the white stallion. Life can be a Fairy Tale come true, if we seek to serve the Master of all creation and learn to submit to His Will in our lives. All of life is a never ending story of who and what we are, of who and what we will become and of who and what we serve. Please serve the Lord today, in doing so, you learn to serve others. By accepting Jesus Christ into your heart, you learn to be a "servant of all" and Fairy Tales will come true, just believe.
