"Welcome to your home away from home!" Yep, that is some where in Baghdad, his new home for a year.... So way not coolllllll! 

"Good Morning Iraq!" This is no place to call home..... There are doors there in the picture, yep, yep, yep.....four concrete panels over on the left and six concrete panels to the right... 

A dream he used to have was to own an Original Hummer, but he let us know in a recent phone call ~~ "I hate Hummer's"... Okay so on to bigger and better dreams then.... That's our guy.... Of course he has always wanted to own a Helicopter and an Airplane too....  

Yep, that's our guy, one of the prides of our life... Please keep him in your prayers before God, in the Most Precious Name of Jesus. 

Under the Texas sky! This is the birth place of Goofy's mom... Here we set out on our adventure to see our son before he left to defend freedom in the land of Iraq. We Praise God for the awesome time we had with Cody and we know that even though we may not see him for a year, he will never be that far away from us, for he is part of us and we are a part of him..... Isn't it a blessing to know that we do all look up to the same sky, the same sun, the same moon and to know God is watching over our military men and women, kids, as we pray and even we are not in prayer, He is with them....WHOA, HOOAH, PRAISE GOD AND THANK YOU JESUS..... ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS..... 

No Goofy family outing is complete without a trip to an Amusement park.... No matter where we go, or how long we are staying, it just isn't a fun packed trip without a visit to the FUN ZONE...... Its a goofy world out there and I am Goofy, so we gota live it..... 

Object here to flip the bull over..... Cody had no problem, over and over and over again.....

It was a great place to spend time with Cody..... 

It was an overcast but beautiful day and that is a picture of the minature golf field and batting cages... 

This was a really cool Amusement Park somewhere in either Georgetown or Austin Texas.... I had no clue yet how to use the GPS that we were carrying with us.... Its a blonde thing...

I have to say, this guy cracked me up..... before the ride he was 'Mr. Be Cool' saggin pants to his knees, bandana on his head, dreads peekin out from under the bandana, struttin like a peacock and then once he hit the little indy track, Mr. Little Boy reappeared, and mama sittin on the sidelines was all smiles.... she saw her baby boy once again and it made her heart glad.... The sad part was, when he disembarked from the little indy car, those saggin pants almost made his coolness fall down.......

You know our family is one that has fun where ever we go together...... Even at the silliest of places.....  

The need for SPEED ~~ HOW FUNNY IS THIS....

As they "speed" around the little curly track, the smiles are priceless..... 

Now this would have been my favorite ride had it not been closed.... Total Bummer.
