It is hard on a mom to have to see her son prepare to go to battle... Its hard not knowing what to say, what not to say... Gone are the days when he would run up with an "owie" on his knee and all I had to do was kiss it, put a bandaid on it and off he'd go..... Those days went by too quickly....
