Who knew that the day my son stepped off the plane for a two week leave home from Baghdad Iraq, that he would find the Princess of his dreams and I would have a day to plan a wedding. Fairy Tales come true, all the time, you just have to know where and how to make them happen and by God's grace, they will be blessed. Posted by Picasa

Fairy Tales are more than just stories, they are made of little girls dreams and of little boys goals. Fight the dragon, save the Princess, watch for the knight in shining armour, see him ride the white stallion. Life can be a Fairy Tale come true, if we seek to serve the Master of all creation and learn to submit to His Will in our lives. All of life is a never ending story of who and what we are, of who and what we will become and of who and what we serve. Please serve the Lord today, in doing so, you learn to serve others. By accepting Jesus Christ into your heart, you learn to be a "servant of all" and Fairy Tales will come true, just believe. Posted by Picasa

Father and daughter make the walk to an new beginning. Posted by Picasa

Here comes the Bride. Posted by Picasa

What a happy look, the joy and love in this precious little face was worth more than you can imagine. Posted by Picasa

Such a beautiful honor to be asked to be the minister to marry one of your own children, but what an emotional thing too. They were composed, I think because they knew if they weren't their minister would fall apart.... It was loverly! Posted by Picasa

Praise the Lord for He is worthy to be praised and in that moment when you are making a vow before Him to honor and love another, till death do you part, He is there..... Posted by Picasa

Yes this is the moment..... Posted by Picasa

This is the important part, the "I do". Posted by Picasa

The Vows.... I am trying to hold it together and fighting back the Goofy mom tears....  Posted by Picasa

Isn't she loverly! Posted by Picasa

Being Goofy, this was a hard thing to do, trying to not fall apart as my son became a husband and I pronounced them "Man and Wife"..... Posted by Picasa

Yep, its official, rings and all.... Posted by Picasa

The Brides mom and dad were very supportive of the fact that their daughter was marrying a Military man. The Bride's dad is former military himself and he understood that when you are in war time and you meet the love of your life, it doesn't matter how quickly you tie the knot of matrimony. Posted by Picasa

The Brides Family. The baby is the Bride's little sister's daughter and she is a real doll baby. Posted by Picasa

Mission accomplished, another Fairy Tale wedding that came to pass on the plain's of the Owens Valley, where knights on horse and mule back still roam the open range and six guns have replaced sabres to fight off coyotes instead of cattle theives.... Twas a day to remember. Posted by Picasa

A day of rejoicing as it appears our son has met and married the Princess of his dreams. Posted by Picasa

I am proud of my son and I am thankful we had these two weeks with him home from Iraq. In my heart, I was already feeling the worry and fear of him heading back to fight to secure freedom for a people, I will never meet. May God protect our young men and women of the United States Military and that of our Allies. Posted by Picasa

Yep, another Goofy experience that was a real blessing. Posted by Picasa

What a happy picture, Father and Son... Fairy tales are more than make believe, they do come true... Posted by Picasa
